i recently became a fan of cake donuts and the urge to make them delicious & homemade... (have a gut feeling they will soon be the new cupcake...) and tonight i have mastered the vanilla cake donut, baked....not fried... which means you can eat and be merry... and yes, guilt free :) recipe found via family circle mag...

a muffin kind of sunday.

i woke up this mornin' feeling like eating some sort of pastry with my coffee... searched high and low for a banana nut muffin recipe... and here it went...

no mixer necessary...

pop 'em in for twenty min and...

voila!!!

one cozy saturday night...tonight :) with the help of my ladies, we whipped up delicious melt in your mouth walnut chocolate chip cookies. perfect with a chilled glass of milk! delish!

all said and done we were satisfied.

coconut anyone?

this recipe turned out so delish, everyone agreed! light and fluffy like an angel food cake... but coconut of course! frosted and filled with a fluffy coconut meringue... & topped with sweet coconut flakes. enjoy!
